This equipment has excellent high-speed performance but small load carrying capacity, so it is suitable for high-speed, light-load and fine CNC lathe spindles.
Double-row and single-row tapered bearings are used for front and rear bearings, respectively. This structure limits the high speed and accuracy of the spindle, and is suitable for the spindle of medium precision, low speed and heavy CNC lathes. Stepper motors and single-chip microcomputers are used to transform simple CNC lathes composed of ordinary lathe feed systems, but the cost is low, but the degree of automation and functions are poor, and the turning accuracy is not high. Suitable for low-demand rotating parts.
