First, safe operation:
1. CNC cutting machine is a kind of precise equipment, so the operation of the cutting machine must be fixed in three ways (fixing person, setting machine, setting post);
2. Operators must be professionally trained and proficient in operation. Non-professionals should not move.
3. Before operation, you must confirm that there is no external interference. After everything is normal, hang the cut sheet on the cutting platform. The sheet cannot exceed the cutting range (note: be careful when lifting).
Second, daily maintenance and maintenance:
1. The dirt of the machine tool and the guide rail must be cleaned every working day to keep the bed clean, turn off the air source and power supply after work, and empty the remaining air in the machine tool belt;
2. If leaving the machine for a long time, turn off the power to prevent non-professionals from operating it;
3. Pay attention to whether there is lubricating oil on the horizontal and vertical guide rails and the rack surface to keep it well lubricated!
Third, weekly maintenance and maintenance:
1. Fully clean up the machine every week, clean the horizontal and vertical guide rails, transmission racks and racks, and fill with lubricant;
2. Check whether the horizontal and vertical rail wiper is working normally and replace it in time if abnormal;
3. Check whether all cutting torches are loose, and clean up the garbage at the ignition muzzle to keep the ignition normal;
4. If there is an automatic height adjustment device, check whether it is sensitive and whether to replace the probe;
5. Check whether the plasma cutting tip and electrode are damaged, and whether the cutting tip and electrode need to be replaced.
Fourth, monthly and quarterly maintenance:
1. Check whether there is garbage in the main air inlet, and whether the valves and pressure gauges work normally;
2. Check whether all air pipe joints are loose and all pipes have no damage, tighten or replace if necessary;
3. Check all transmission parts for looseness, check the gear meshing with the rack, and adjust if necessary;
4. Release the tightening device and push the pulley with your hands. Whether it can come and go freely and adjust or replace it in time if there is any abnormal situation;
5. Check whether the clamping block, steel belt and guide wheel are loose or tight, and adjust if necessary;
6. Check the strong current cabinet and operating platform, whether the fastening screws are loose, and use a vacuum cleaner or a hair dryer to clean the dust in the cabinet. Check if the terminal is loose (refer to the electrical manual for details);
7. Check the performance of all buttons and selector switches, replace damaged ones, and finally draw a comprehensive test pattern to check the accuracy of the machine.
