Acceptance of CNC machine tools
Generally, acceptance is carried out in two stages.
1. Pre acceptance
The purpose is to inspect and verify whether the machine tool can meet the processing quality and productivity of the user, and to inspect the information and spare parts provided by the supplier. Suppliers can only conduct pre acceptance after the machine tool has passed the normal operation trial cutting and passed the inspection to produce qualified machined parts.
2. Final acceptance
According to the acceptance standards, determine the technical indicators provided on the certificate of conformity, and the acceptance work is divided into the following steps:
(1) Unpacking inspection;
(2) Visual inspection;
(3) Acceptance of machine tool performance and CNC functions;
(4) Acceptance of CNC machine tool accuracy (including positional accuracy and working accuracy).
During the acceptance of the geometric accuracy of the machine tool, it is not allowed to adjust one inspection item at a time after the fine adjustment of the machine tool. The position accuracy inspection should be carried out according to the corresponding accuracy acceptance standards. The working accuracy of a machine tool is a comprehensive accuracy that not only reflects the geometric and positional accuracy of the machine tool, but also includes errors caused by various factors such as the material of the test piece, environmental temperature, tool performance, and cutting conditions.
Strengthening the inspection of the above aspects during the acceptance of CNC machine tools is very beneficial for equipment management and can reduce unnecessary losses.
