The whole machining of CNC lathe is realized by executing the machining program of workpiece. Therefore, the quality of machining program directly affects the final machining accuracy and efficiency of workpiece. The condition of workpiece processing programming is the confirmation of process organization. In this paper, we will briefly introduce the process rules that should be followed for efficient NC machining of CNC lathe, and hope to help us. As we know, CNC lathe is a kind of highly complex processing equipment. Before the work-piece processing program is compiled, it is necessary to confirm its processing technology according to the design requirements and processing content of its drawings. Generally speaking, the confirmation criteria of processing technology shall comply with the following basic criteria:
1, Generally speaking, in order to ensure the final machining quality of the workpiece, we divide the workpiece machining into two stages: rough machining and finish machining, and add a semi finish machining stage for the workpiece with high machining accuracy. This criterion should also be followed when CNC lathe is used for NC machining. During the rough machining of workpieces with CNC lathe, most of the machining allowance can be cut off quickly, the number of tool cutting can be reduced as much as possible, and the rough machining time can be shortened; during the finish machining, the machining accuracy and appearance quality of workpieces are mainly ensured, so the final generalization of workpieces in the general finish machining should be made by the final continuous finish machining.
2, The principle of one-time clamping and positioning one-time clamping to realize multi process machining of workpiece is the basic machining feature of CNC lathe. Therefore, when confirming the processing technology of the workpiece, the processing procedures should be centralized to the maximum extent. Reduce the clamping times as much as possible to reduce unnecessary positioning errors and repeat the clamping process.
3, Processing principle from inside to outside when the workpiece to be processed has both internal and external surfaces to be processed, the internal and external surfaces of the workpiece shall be processed first before the external surface when the processing sequence is organized. If the processing is carried out in stages, the internal and external surfaces shall also be rough processed first, and then the internal and external surfaces shall be finished. 4、 As we said before, CNC lathe is a kind of compound machine tool, which can not only turn but also bore. When there are both planes and holes on the workpiece to be processed, the sequence of turning the plane first and then boring should be carried out. Because of the large cutting force when turning the plane, the workpiece is easy to deform. Turning the plane first and then boring, so that it can recover for a period of time, and boring after it recovers the deformation, which is conducive to ensuring the machining accuracy of the hole.
