(1) Fixed column type

1) The worktable moves in the cross direction, the worktable moves in the X and Z directions, and the spindle box moves in the Y direction. There are two ways for the spindle box to hang on the column: the front and the side. It is suitable for the boring and milling of medium-sized complex workpieces.

2) The spindle box moves in X and Z direction, and the workbench moves in Y direction. Suitable for small and medium-sized workpiece boring, milling and other multi process operation.

3) The spindle box is hung on the side with column, and the spindle box moves in Y and Z direction. This layout is similar to planer type horizontal milling and boring machine, and the workbench moves in X direction. Suitable for medium-sized workpiece boring, milling and other multi process operation.

(2) Mobile vertical column, type

1) Planing table type, the bed is T-shaped, the workbench moves in X direction on the front bed, and the column moves in Z direction on the back bed. There are two ways for the spindle box to be hung on the column, i.e. front hanging and side hanging, to move in Y direction. It is suitable for medium and large workpieces, especially for boring and milling of parts with large length.
