We know that CNC machining refers to processing parts on a CNC machine tool. It is a machining method that uses digital information to control the displacement of parts and tools. Numerical control processing can not only solve the problems of variable parts, small batches, complex shapes, and high precision, but also an effective way to achieve high efficiency and automatic processing.

The process rules of CNC machine tool processing are generally the same as traditional machine tool processing, but because CNC is a one-time clamping and continuous automatic processing to complete all turning procedures, there are some things that need to be paid attention to after CNC machine processing is completed.


Precautions after processing:

1. Remove the chips, wipe the machine, use the machine, and keep the environment clean.

2. Pay attention to check or replace the oil scraper damaged by grinding on the machine tool rail.

3. Check the state of lubricating oil and coolant, add or replace in time.

4. Turn off the power and main power on the machine operation panel in turn.

5. The machine tool should follow the principle of zero return first (except for special requirements), manual, jog and automatic. The operation of the machine tool should follow the principle of low speed first, medium speed first, and high speed first. The running time of low speed and medium speed should not be less than 2-3 minutes. When it is determined that there is no abnormal situation, you can start working.

6. It is strictly forbidden to hit, straighten or correct the workpiece between the chuck or the center. Before proceeding to the next step, the workpiece and tool must be confirmed.

7. The operator must stop when changing tools, workpieces, adjusting workpieces or leaving the machine tool while working.

8. The operator shall not disassemble or move the insurance and safety protection devices on the machine tool at will.

9. Before the machine tool starts processing, the program verification method must be used to check whether the program used is similar to the processed part. After confirming that it is correct, the safety shield can be managed and the machine tool can be started for parts processing.

10. Machine tool accessories, measuring tools, cutting tools, etc. should be properly kept and kept in good condition. Any loss or damage should be compensated.

11. After the training, the machine should be cleaned and kept clean, the tailstock and trolley should be moved to the end of the bed, and the machine power should be cut off.

12. When the machine tool breaks down or is abnormal in the working process, it should immediately shut down to protect the site, and at the same time immediately report the responsibility to the site.

13. Operators are strictly prohibited to modify machine parameters. If necessary, the device administrator must be notified, and the device administrator must modify it.

14. Understand the technical requirements of the part drawing, and check whether the size and shape of the blank are defective. Choose a reasonable installation method.

15. Correctly choose CNC turning tools to ensure that the installation parts and tools are accurate and firm.

16. Understand and master the control and operation panel and operation essentials of CNC machine tools, accurately input the program into the system, simulate inspection and indoor cutting, and make various preparations before processing.

17. If abnormal operation or malfunction of the lathe is found during the processing, the machine must stop for inspection and report to the instructor immediately to avoid danger.
