The main components of the water circulation vacuum adsorption pump are as follows:
1. Suction port: connect the woodworking engraving machine adsorption pipe.
2. Dust hood: prevent wood chips and other debris from entering the pump.
3. Check valve: prevent the water in the pump from flowing back into the equipment when it is stopped.
4. Water inlet pipe: Inject working fluid into the pump, and the equipment generates vacuum.
5. Water inlet valve: to control the flow of working fluid, the valve must be fully opened before starting up, and the water has entered the pump before starting the vacuum pump.
6. Drain outlet: After the equipment is used for about 10 days, drain the working fluid in the water tank and replace with clean demineralized water.
7. Exhaust port: The gas generated in the adsorption process is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust port. The exhaust port must not be blocked, and must not be connected to a pipeline with a diameter of less than 5cm, otherwise it will be extremely easy Overload, damage the motor.
8. Upper water level: add water to the water tank until the upper water level drips outward, and add water regularly before starting the vacuum pump every day to ensure that there is sufficient working fluid in the water tank.
9. Water tank: contains working fluid.
Special reminder: Every time you turn on the vacuum pump, you must ensure that there is working fluid in the vacuum pump! And the working fluid level must reach above the motor axle!
So what issues should we pay attention to before water recycling?
1. The suction port is connected with the suction pipe of the engraving machine, and it is strictly sealed to prevent leakage.
2. For the first start, use a screwdriver to turn the motor fan to ensure that the impeller is not stuck.
3. Connect the motor power supply and adjust the running direction to conform to the standard.
4. Pour water into the water tank until the upper water level drips.
5. Open the water injection valve into the pump and wait for 3 minutes to ensure that the working fluid flows into the pump.
6. Start the motor, the vacuum pump starts to work, the adsorption table produces adsorption effect, and the adsorption strength is tested.
7. Install a motor overload protector to prevent the motor from being burned out due to overload! ! ! (pay attention)
Common problems and treatment methods of water circulation vacuum pumps:
1. The vacuum pump does not vacuum-the main reason: the working fluid does not enter the pump cavity, there is no formation of a water ring or leakage of the suction pipe.
2. The motor does not rotate when the vacuum pump is started for the first time-the main reason: due to the very small gap between the impeller and the disc, the pig iron parts are oxidized, and the impeller is stuck. The main solution is to open the fan guard at the rear of the motor and tap the motor with a hammer The rear axle head, and then rotate the motor blades by hand. After confirming the rotation, replace the fan guard and start the motor.
3. Insufficient suction power of the vacuum pump-the main reason: insufficient amount of working fluid enters, check the water inlet pipeline; leakage in the suction pipeline, check the sealing performance of the suction pipeline. If the working fluid has not been replaced for a long time, a large amount of wood dust will enter the working fluid, which affects the quality of the working fluid, so pay attention to keeping the working fluid level clean.
4. The noise of the vacuum pump is large-the main reason: the suction of the vacuum pump reaches the limit due to the closing of all valves in the suction pipeline, and the sound of cavitation generated by the opening of the valve in the suction pipeline will disappear.
Maintenance and maintenance of water circulation vacuum pump:
1. If you find that the suction power is insufficient during the use of the water circulation vacuum pump, and the sound of the motor becomes lighter, please stop and check immediately!
2. Patiently check whether the water level of the water tank is higher than 2/3 of the height of the vacuum pump head. If it is too low, please add water immediately.
3. If the water level of the water tank is high enough, please check whether the water inlet pipe between the pump heads of the water tank is blocked causing insufficient water supply.
4. After the equipment cleaning and water replenishment work is completed, the air inlet must be blocked when the machine is turned on, and the air intake volume must be controlled to allow enough water to flow into the pump body to generate sufficient vacuum.
5. Please clean the water tank, water inlet pipe and change the water within 150 days of using the vacuum pump. If you do not use it for a short time, please close the water tank inlet valve and drain the water in the water inlet pipe; if you do not use it for a long time, please completely empty the water in the water pipe and the pump head to prevent rust and affect operation.
6. If you do not use it for a long time, if you find that the motor cannot run after power-on, it is recommended to use a pipe wrench to rotate the rear fan shaft to loosen the rust on the pump head, and then it can be used normally.
