The operator must be familiar with the instruction manual, understand the operating procedures, abnormal noise, jitter, jamming, or overloading, and understand the gas welding safety technology operating procedures.
1. The power box must be provided with a good grounding wire. Clean the dust inside the power box frequently. Use dry compressed air to blow the dust once every six months.
2. It is forbidden to use a cutting machine for welding operations. If welding is required on the workpiece, the ground wire must be directly connected to the workpiece.
3. When abnormality is found during work, such as electrical lightning, abnormal noise, jitter, jamming or overload of spark transmission, it should be cut off in time for inspection.
4. Pay close attention to prevent the Z axis from hitting the upper limit or abruptly falling down when starting up. If the limit is exceeded, press the emergency stop button quickly.
5. When the cutting program file is loaded, the machine torch should keep the workpiece away to prevent the tip from hitting the workpiece, and then move the X axis to the place to be cut for cutting.
6. After the daily operation is completed, the pipe bracket and the track should be cleaned and lubricated with a very thin lubricating oil; use a clean cotton yarn to wipe the LCD screen. Do not wipe with a volatile liquid. Numerical control cutting machines such as electrical lightning and spark drive will perform daily maintenance work to ensure that there is no stagnation in the chucks and brackets.
