Generally, how to find the center coordinates of the CNC machining center circle? How to find the coordinates during CNC machining is one of the problems faced by many newcomers who have just come into contact with CNC machining centers. Today we will introduce how to find the center coordinates of the circle on the machining center.

1. How to find the center coordinates of a circle in a CNC machining center

1. Put the dial indicator on the main shaft, first move it to the center of the circle, manually turn the main shaft to see the watch, and manually turn the watch around the center of the shaft to see how much the first wheel is pressed on the xy side. Debug slowly and know that all three points are best in the same position. Of course, all the points of the boring table must be in the same position! This will get better after you get used to it slowly.

2. Install a drill bit, and the tip of the tool is roughly aligned with the center of the circle. Lift the Z-axis, remove the knife, the watch seat is sucked on the spindle (the position of the knife edge), the dial indicator is against the surface of the workpiece, and then you manually rotate the spindle and observe the dial indicator. Move the handwheel in the negative direction, and then adjust slowly.

3. Now there is a coaxiality deviation alignment device. As long as the instrument is clamped on the main shaft, the main shaft rotates twice, and the main shaft moves once, the display screen can display the difference between the main shaft axis and the workpiece axis. For the deviation size under the XY coordinates, just shake the main shaft according to the size, which is very convenient and can be done in two or three minutes, with high precision and no need for technology.

2. Understand the coordinates of the machining center

In order to describe the motion of the machine tool during CNC programming, simplify the method of programming and ensure the interchangeability of recorded data, the coordinate system and movement direction of CNC machine tools have been standardized, and ISO and my country have formulated naming standards. Machine Coordinate System (Machine Coordinate System) is a Cartesian coordinate system consisting of X, Y, and Z axes, which is established with the machine tool origin O as the origin of the coordinate system and follows the right-hand Cartesian Cartesian coordinate system. The machine tool coordinate system is the basic coordinate system used to determine the workpiece coordinate system. It is an inherent coordinate system on the machine tool and has a fixed coordinate origin.
