2. Before opening the edge banding machine, check whether the safety shield is positioned reliably, and check whether there are tools or foreign objects placed in each component.
3. When using edge banding machine knives, do not use deformed or cracked knives. Before running, first check whether the surface is clean, whether the tooth saw is movable, and whether it is completely locked. Be sure to control the speed of the edge banding machine tool when it is running and do not exceed the maximum speed.
4. Operators must wear factory overalls when operating, and are not allowed to wear gloves to operate the machine. Non-operating personnel are not allowed to approach the working machine. In order to prevent the operator from being injured, it is strictly forbidden to wear skirts and slippers to work, and it is not allowed to wear long hair or necklaces.
5. If the edge banding machine is stuck during the use of the machine, it is necessary to wait for the machine to stop before starting inspection and maintenance.
