1. Safe operation:
a. The wood mold processing center is a kind of equipment with general precision, so the operation of the machine must be done in two ways (fixed people, fixed machine)
b. The operator must be familiar with the various operations of the machine, and do not tamper with it.
c. It must be confirmed that there is no external interference before operation. After everything is normal, put the processed material on the working platform, and the material cannot exceed the cutting range.
2. To prevent electric shock:
• When the power is on or the machine is running, please do not touch the electrical appliances and any electrical components in the console, otherwise electric shock may occur.
• Please do not operate any switch knob with wet hands to prevent electric shock.
• The ground wire should be installed carefully to avoid danger or accident.
• Please do not check wires or replace electrical components with power on, otherwise you may get an electric shock or get injured.
3. To prevent fire:
• The wooden mold processing center processes wooden materials, which are easy to cause combustion, so pay attention to fire prevention during processing.
• Keep the electrical parts of the machine away from naked flames.
4. Prevent damage:
• When the machine is running, pay attention to whether there are people or other objects in front to avoid injury.
• When the machine is running for a long time, turn off the voltage and rest for a while to prevent the heating wire from being blown due to overheating.
