Equipment installation
1. The equipment arrives for debugging and installation.
2. Determine the location of the machine to ensure the safe operating space of the machine tool and convenient electrical installation.
3. Place the main frame of the machine tool beam, adjust the level of the frame, and then place the Y-axis table, roughly the frame is placed.
4. Install the parts removed from the factory and install them according to the factory requirements.
5. Install the electrical equipment so that the machine can operate normally.
6. Adjust the Y-axis table to be perpendicular to the X-axis, and the Y-axis table to be horizontal.
7. Adjust and verify the machine parameters. Ensure that the machine tool can run and process normally. After several days of installation and modulation, this engraving machine can be used for teaching processing normally. And dispatched technical personnel to cooperate with the school to complete the equipment operation teaching, technical training until the school approved.
