First, how to find the center coordinates of a circle for a CNC machining center
1. Attach the dial indicator to the spindle, first move it to the center of the circle. Manually turn the spindle to the center of the axis. Manually turn the meter around the center of the axis to see if the multiple wheels pressed on the side of xy. Debug slowly until the three points are in the same position. Of course, all points of the boring hole must be in the same position! This will be soon after you become more proficient.
2. Install a drill with the tip of the tool roughly aligned with the center of the circle. Lift the Z-axis, remove the knife, and the meter holder is sucked on the spindle (the position of the knife edge), the dial indicator is against the surface of the workpiece, and then you manually rotate the spindle and observe the dial indicator. Move the handwheel in the negative direction, so slowly adjust.
3. Now there is a coaxiality deviation correction device. As long as the instrument is clamped on the main shaft, the main shaft rotates two times to make a circle, and the main shaft moves once, and the display shows the distance between the main shaft axis and the workpiece axis. For the deviation size in XY coordinates, just shake the main shaft according to the size. It is very convenient. It can be done in two or three minutes. It has high accuracy and does not require technology.
Second, understand the center coordinates of the machining center
In order to describe the movement of the machine tool during NC programming, simplify the programming method and ensure the interchangeability of recorded data, the coordinate system and movement direction of the NC machine tool have been standardized. ISO and my country have drafted naming standards. The machine coordinate system (MachineCoordinateSystem) is a rectangular coordinate system composed of X, Y, and Z axes established by the machine origin O as the coordinate system origin and following the right-hand Cartesian coordinate system. The machine tool coordinate system is used to determine the basic coordinate system of the workpiece coordinate system. It is an inherent coordinate system on the machine tool and has a fixed coordinate origin.
