Servo motor and spindle motor components of a five-axis machining center
The servo motor and control system are the key to the machine’s focus and precision control, with emphasis on sound. If the sound is too large, it should be found whether it is a mechanical problem such as a bearing or a parameter setting problem of the matching reducer, and the corresponding method is adopted. If the servo shaft is at rest, if there is a strange sound, it may be due to the mechanical sound formed by the screw and the coupling different from the servo motor.The 5 axis machining center motor can be disconnected from the coupling and the motor can be operated by itself. If the motor still has sound, adjust the speed loop gain and the position loop gain to make the motor silent; if there is no sound, it can be judged that the five-axis machining center screw and the coupling concentricity problem, re-calibration concentricity, and then the motor link.

Measurement reaction components include encoders, grating scales, etc. It is often necessary to check whether the link of each component is loose, whether it can be cleaned by oil or dust, and dust and fine iron filings can damage such components.

Check whether the external three-phase power supply voltage of the link machine is normal; check whether the electrical component link is good; check whether the various switches are valid by means of CRT display diagnostic screen; check whether the relays and contactors work normally, the contacts are good; thermal relay, arc Check if the shielding components such as the controller are valid; check if the external components of the five-axis machining center electrical cabinet are too hot. For poor contact of the contactor contacts, the contactor can be disassembled, the low temperature oxide on the outer surface of the contact is frustrated with a small file, then the debris is wiped off with absorbent cotton and alcohol, and the contacts can be reassembled and tested by multimeter.
NC system control unit of 5 axis machining center
The control system includes numerical control unit, power module, interface, servo reducer, spindle reducer, operation panel, display and so on. Check whether the voltage values are within the rule range; whether the electrical component links are loose; whether the fan of each functional module is operating normally. Remove dust from the fan and filter net in time.
