1、 Project Overview:

The five-axis linkage machining center has the characteristics of high efficiency and precision, and the workpiece can be processed with a pentahedron by one clamping. The five-axis machining center equipment currently purchased by Taizhong Company requires an all cast iron bed with high accuracy and stable equipment. Cooperate with imported systems and accessories. At the same time, it can design supporting tooling for enterprise production and interface with Topsolid order splitting software and MES system. 2、 Standard configuration:

Precision cast iron bed, subjected to high temperature secondary tempering treatment, and has a tempering report; Italian spindle motor with AC universal spindle head; Floor mounted cast iron table top with stable performance and a load of 5 tons; Five-axis automatic tool change water-cooled spindle imported from Hitec, Italy; The XY axis is a German precision helical gear transmission; Italian OSAI five-axis professional control system; Japan Yaskawa large inertia AC servo motor;

 

3、 Equipment structure:

The bridge structure design principle commonly used in the three-dimensional industrial modeling industry is adopted, and the crossbeam movable gantry milling machine is used. The gantry represents the overall rigidity of the machine tool. The equipment bed structure is integrally cast, with reasonably distributed ribs that evenly bear the weight of the sliding plate. It is mainly composed of main transmission system, crossbeam, crossbeam moving track, high-speed milling head, bed, fixed operation station, electrical control system, pneumatic control system, and other main components.
