The ULI-CNC team came into contact with automotive interior products and discussed their material specificity and processing difficulties through in-depth research. Considering the accuracy and surface processing issues, the ULI-CNC professional technical team proposed to use the ULI-CNC 5-axis machining center to process automotive interior products.

The ULI-CNC professional team prepared programming files for customer product proofing in advance, and prepared appropriate tools based on product materials and program files. The customer came to our ULI-CNC factory for a visit. The ULI-CNC staff warmly received the customer and demonstrated the processing process of the customer's product at the ULI-CNC 5-axis machining center on site.

After completing equipment commissioning and attaching equipment certificates, warranty cards, and instructions, ULI-CNC will arrange for logistics to transport the equipment to the customer's factory, and ask for the logistics time so that the customer's factory can receive the equipment in advance, including the arrangement of forklifts and venues. After coordinating the placement of the equipment, ULI-CNC will send professional technical personnel to the customer's site for equipment installation and commissioning.
